If it is time to replace the spark plug on your Yamaha G22 Gas G-Max Golf cart this will give you the size and gap you need for running properly.
It is good to occasionally remove your spark plug and check if it is dirty or worn down. Also, look for discoloration and clean any deposits with a wire brush. If there is a problem now is the time to make the change.
The spark plug used in the Yamaha G22 is a “BPR2ES“.
Set the plug gap to 0.028-0.031 in (0.7-0.8 mm)
Make sure to clean the gasket and plug threads before finger tightening the plug into the engine.
Use a torque wrench to tighten the plug down to 14.5 ft-bls. Reinstall plug cap and your are good to fire your golf cart back up.
