It is very simple to remove the body off of your EZGO golf cart if you know what to look for. This how to video will take you through all the steps on removing the pop rivets and bolts to get that old cart shell off.

For this project you will need a few tools. A drill and bit, 10mm socket for name plate, 9/16 socket to remove charger plug connectors, 3/8 socket for bumper bolts, Phillips head screw driver or bit, 7/16 wrench to remove sill plates on sides, 9/16 swivel socket to remove seat bracket bolts (swivel makes much faster), cordless impact drill (works better then standard but not necessary), and possible a pry bar for those really tough rivets.
